myMCF (Message Control Filter) allows companies to send personalized and multilingual e-mails from within SAP. The Beta Systems software adds new functions when sending e-mails and fax messages through SAP and also offers numerous archiving options, in particular in combination with document signing.
myMCF allows SAP users to flexibly configure a personalized subject line and message text for e-mails directly from within SAPconnect. This greatly expands the limited standard SAP functionality for choosing an e-mail subject based on data derived from the document to be delivered.
With myMCF users can externally format and convert business documents created in SAP, e.g. to create standardized PDF/A files. This allows companies to give their documents a consistent look in accordance with internal corporate design guidelines and in keeping with legal archiving provisions.
