mySPAD is a solution that facilitates centralized printer administration of SAP and output management systems. Large companies often operate several hundreds of SAP systems and need to manage thousands of printers along with their system definitions. mySPAD greatly simplifies this administration task, increasing efficiency and productivity.
The Web browser GUI of mySPAD allows administrators to centrally monitor printer master data of multiple SAP systems and, optionally, also keep track of printer master data required for output management or in the print spooling system.
When used in combination with an output management system, mySPAD exports the printer configurations to the OMS and synchronizes them with the SAP systems. The software can be configured to interact with any OM system or the basic printer spooling systems, like CUPS under Linux, the AIX spooling system and others.
