Infraray joined the Beta Systems Group in early 2018.

PROXESS GmbH
Fritz Habel founded HABEL Dokumentenmangement in 1991. Thanks to the Swabian entrepreneur’s vision and careful planning, HABEL became a highly successful company. It was also the first company to successfully implement barcode recognition for document archiving. To this day, HABEL is a true pioneer when it comes to document digitization.
Akzentum GmbH operating out of Rengsdorf, Westerwald, has been developing powerful and affordable document management solutions for medium-sized businesses since 2001. Akzentum quickly established itself as a leading provider of DMS solutions for furniture wholesalers, technology traders and HVAC traders. Many companies in these industries rely on the company’s special industry knowledge and trust in their perfectly integrated solutions.
As of 1 September 2019, HABEL and Akzentum have been operating jointly under the new company name PROXESS GmbH. This strategic measure has put both companies on track for continued business success. PROXESS employs around 100 staff and serves approx. 2,600 customers, with a focus on Germany, Austria and Switzerland. PROXESS GmbH based in Rietheim-Weilheim has branch offices in Leipzig, Rengsdorf (Westerwald) and in Thayngen, Switzerland, resulting in a strong company presence in the DACH region.
