For more than 40 years, Beta Systems Software Aktiengesellschaft has been supporting financial services, production, commerce and IT services companies that operate complex IT system landscapes and processes.

Beta Systems was founded in 1983, is listed in the Scale segment of the German stock exchange and employs approx. 600 people across the Group. The company is headquartered in Berlin and operates key development sites in Cologne, Munich, Neustadt (Weinstrasse), Warsaw, Szczecin and Wroclaw.

Beta Systems DCI Software AG specializes in developing and selling software applications that automate the business processes of major corporations, IT service providers, public authorities and mid-sized companies.

The portfolio provides scalable high-end products for bulk data processing that bring top performance and maximum security to data center operations with a focus on output management, job management, log management and mainframe access management.

Beta Systems DCI Software AG is a wholly owned subsidiary of Beta Systems Software AG.

Beta Systems IAM Software AG

Identity access management software from Beta Systems IAM Software AG targets mid-sized and large companies of any industry, providing functions for reliably protecting user IT access rights while ensuring compliance with all applicable legal regulations.

This delivers a level of data and access security that greatly reduces the risk of financial loss or damage to the corporate image resulting from breaches in compliance-critical areas.

Beta Systems IAM Software AG is a wholly owned subsidiary of Beta Systems Software AG.

HORIZONT Software GmbH

HORIZONT Software GmbH has been developing software products and IT solutions in the area of workload automation and scheduling for over 20 years. The customer base comprises small to large national and international companies from a broad range of industries. The software solutions from HORIZONT automate, document and analyze IT workflows and processes in data centers. HORIZONT currently employs around 25 staff. The corporate headquarters are located in Munich, Germany.

The company tends to their national and international customers with the support of a wide partner network. More than 300 customers all over the world are currently operating over 600 installations in more than 15 countries. They employ products and solutions from HORIZONT to optimize their IT workflows and quality levels. The company is a globally leading mid-sized software solution provider for workload automation that generates about half of its turnover abroad.

HORIZONT Software GmbH was founded in 1993 and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Beta Systems DCI Software AG in 2014.

Infraray GmbH

Infraray was founded in 1998 by a German engineering team with deep IT operations management know-how. The company provides solutions for network management, network security, IT infrastructure and cloud management, network automation and business infrastructure control.

Infraray BICS is a next-generation ITOM platform for controlling large and heterogeneous enterprise networks. Infraray BICS not only delivers network infrastructure management for devices and endpoints from any manufacturer, but also provides the core technology for a new generation of IT infrastructure management.

Infraray joined the Beta Systems Group in early 2018.

Beta Systems Software Sp. z o. o. (formerly InfiniteDATA) is a leading provider in the field of workload automation with locations in Poland and the Philippines.

Codelab Sp. z o.o.

Codelab provides IT and product development services focused on innovative, secure and reliable communications for today’s interconnected world. Over 200 cross-disciplinary engineers work at the two company competence centers in Szczecin and Wroclaw.

Codelab develops and implements software solutions for well-known international companies, providing reliable software engineering services in the areas of automotive, avionics, embedded, IoT solutions, web portals, mobile applications and contact center deployment, among others.

Codelab joined the Beta Systems Group in December 2019.
