Rigas Paschaloudis
Executive Board Member
Rigas Paschaloudis has been a member of the Executive Board of Beta Systems Software AG since July 2023 and is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Professional Services as well as, together with Mirko Minnich and Gerald Schmedding, for Mergers & Acquisitions.
Rigas Paschaloudis has more than 20 years of experience in various management positions at international software companies. Before joining Beta Systems Software AG, he was employed by Stonebranch as Executive Vice President EMEA-APAC, among other positions. Prior to that, he held various management positions in international management, including at Clintworld, Ericsson, LHS and Portal Software (Oracle).

Gerald Schmedding
Executive Board Member
Gerald Schmedding has been on the Executive Board of Beta Systems Software AG since June 2020 and is responsible for Finance, Human Resources, Internal Services and Legal. Together with Rigas Paschaloudis and Mirko Minnich, he is also responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to his appointment to the Executive Board, he was already Director of Finance and Controlling at Beta Systems for about five years.
Before that, he worked as a senior manager at KPMG Management Consulting, where his team designed and implemented solutions in the area of business intelligence. Mr Schmedding holds a degree in business administration and studied at the University of Mannheim and Aston Business School, Birmingham (UK).

Mirko Minnich
Executive Board Member
Mirko Minnich has been responsible for the product and innovation strategy of the Beta Systems Group as CTO for approximately four years. Throughout his career, holding leadership positions both domestically and internationally, he has successfully driven numerous strategic product developments. His particular expertise lies in rapid customer-centric innovation, the development of strategic technological partnerships, and leadership in transformation processes. With this profile, he continuously drives the group's transformation and competitiveness.
