When did you start working at Beta Systems? Why did you choose Beta Systems back then?

I have been working at Beta Systems since December 1st, 2022. I chose Beta Systems because I wanted to engage in something that involves a mix of consultancy and development.

What are your tasks at Beta Systems?

At my role at Beta Systems, I undertake various tasks, including capturing customer requirements, customizing standard products to meet client needs, and implementing specific functions.

What does a typical working day look like for you?

When I go to the office, I usually work from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. During my lunch break, I go out to eat with my colleagues and also have a cup of coffee. When I work from home, I start a bit earlier.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

What I enjoy most about my job is the diversity of projects. They are incredibly varied, providing the opportunity to utilize various skills and technologies, making the work dynamic and interesting. The introduction of an IAM system in a company can pose complex technical and organizational challenges, and finding creative solutions to these intricate problems can be incredibly satisfying and enjoyable. Moreover, the teamwork aspect is crucial – having a reliable partner when encountering obstacles makes it more enjoyable.

What do you particularly appreciate about your colleagues?

I particularly appreciate the strong teamwork and collaboration among my colleagues here. They are not only friendly but also foster a positive work environment through good communication. The emphasis on diversity and inclusion contributes to a rich and supportive atmosphere. The values of respect and empathy are evident in our interactions, creating a harmonious workplace. The motivation shared among the team adds to the overall positive dynamic.

What qualities do you need for a job in your field? What challenges are there?

Essential qualities for the job in my field include a willingness to learn, respect for others, motivation, a grasp of technical concepts, and reliability.

What do you like best about Beta Systems as an employer?

What I appreciate most is the flexibility in working hours, opportunities for further education, and the option for remote work.
