Our Approach to Successful Migrations
For the implementation of Broadcom migration projects, we rely on our own professional services team and – optionally – on selected, long-standing partners. Each migration begins with an initial analysis phase based on product-specific analysis and test criteria. This is followed by an in-depth examination of all relevant parameters and structures.
Once the analysis is complete, the actual migration begins. Our goal is to automate the process as much as possible – both to increase efficiency and to minimise potential human error.
After the migration is completed, comprehensive testing and validation phases follow. As a rule, the systems are operated in parallel for a defined period before the Broadcom products are finally decommissioned.
An Enabler for Analysis and Migration
With its scanners, XINFO is an essential component for analysis and migration, particularly of CA7, CA Automic and CA Scheduler.
In addition, XINFO can also scan CA1, CA Deliver, CA EasyTrieve and numerous other mainframe utilities, thereby supporting comprehensive discovery processes.
