Why did you attend Beyond26?
It's first time for me to be in such huge place and be part of the Beyond26. I'm very glad I could take a look at the new HORIZONT products improvement that they made lately. And I think we can use some of this in our mainly job, because I'm part of the IT ERGO. We are going with mainframe and some distributed also. And so this is a really great conference.
What were the highlights of the event in your experience?
I would say the round tables. I could take a look at the different view from the other customers, and we could switch the experience we had from our job and take it together to the developers here from Beta Systems. So I think this was the greatest.
How would you describe the balance between experience and innovation at Beta Systems?
I think it's great. Because I think as it was mentioned many times that mainframe is dying, but it's not dying, it's doing quite well. And the hybrid is the future.
What role does automation play in your organization?
We will need more automation, because the experienced people from all around the world are leaving, and the knowledge will be not passed. So this can save the business, I would say.
What is your key take away from Beyond26?
I met a lot of new people those three days, and this was great experience for me. I'm very happy to be here. I learn a lot also. I've seen new tools, new possibilities that we can use at our daily job. I think this is most important.
