Since July 2023, Christian Vaters has been Product Manager at Beta Systems, responsible for the development of ANOW! Observe, the observability solution for orchestration and automation. Previously, he worked for a leading European telecommunications group as well as for a major German multi-line insurance provider, holding positions in IT operations, project management, and team leadership. His expertise spans workload orchestration and automation across both z/OS and distributed environments. Today, his focus is on observability, driving transparency, efficiency, and reliability in complex automation landscapes.

President and Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise Management Associates

As President and Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise Management Associates, Dan is responsible for developing and executing strategic market research, delivering value to IT organizations through consulting engagements, and directing product developments and marketing efforts. Dan joined EMA in 2005 and has over 30 years of experience in information systems, software development, and technology outsourcing. Dan focuses on all aspects of intelligent and automated management of IT. Prior to joining EMA, Dan was the president & CEO of NETdelivery, a company that develops secure electronic data collection, delivery, and management software for Fortune 1000, financial, and government markets.

Mirko Minnich

Executive Board Member

Mirko Minnich was appointed as a member of the Management Board of Beta Systems Software AG in October 2021 and is responsible for the areas of Development & Support, Product Management and Strategy, Professional Services, and Internal IT. He is also in charge of ANOW! Sales and Marketing.

In his previous leadership roles both in Germany and abroad, he successfully led numerous strategic product developments. His particular expertise lies in rapid, customer-focused innovation, the development of strategic technological partnerships, and leadership during transformation processes. With this profile, he continuously drives the group's transformation and strengthens its competitiveness.
